Cutest Cupcake

Do you ever just think to yourself….”ME WANT COOKIES!” I’ve got a very large sweet tooth, so this is something that crosses my mind daily.

Ellie,

I’m just guessing, but I think the flakey stuff is coconut, dyed with food coloring. If you put the coconut flakes into a baggie, add a drop of food color and then smoosh it around, it will dye the coconut.

I’m guessing the eyes are made of drops of white chocolate. I think you can buy white chocolate disks like that, or you could make your own by dropping melted white chocolate onto wax paper.
